Memorial Teddy Bears and More is a Division of Luvy Bear Soaps and SCENTsations and all payments go through the main company of Luvy Bears Soaps & SCENTsations so please note your credit card bill will show up as Luvy Bears Soaps and SCENTsations and NOT as Memorial Teddy Bears and More. I also use my soapylady email address from time to time to contact customers.
Important Dates to Remember: November 15 is the cut-off for Memory Bear Orders for Christmas unless I personally tell you I can have your bear ready by Christmas. September 1st is the cut-off for Quilts unless I have assured you it can be finished in time for Christmas delivery.
Q: Do you offer Discounts?
A: Yes they are automatically given at different ordering tiers. (NO Wholesale is available on this site).
Q: Can I stop by your shop?
A: I do not have a brick and mortar store I work from my home and the city codes and my insurance will not allow you to come here.
Q: How safe is your website?
A: My web site uses the latest encryption for the shopping cart and is screened everyday look for the symbols in the cart and always check to see that the https is showing in the address bar.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal and Money Orders - US Funds only. NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
Q:Why don't I see any shipping charges?
A: Shipping is Free to one US Address
Q: Do you share my information with 3rd Parties?
A: I never share your information with anyone. I am the only one who has access to any of your personal information.
Q: Can I change my order once it's placed?
A: Yes but you must call me once you've placed the order to have changes made. If you call once I've started working on your order there may be additional charges for the changes.
Q: How long will it take before my order ships?
A: For 1 bear it takes approximately 3 weeks - quilts take 8 or more weeks depending on size and time of year. Please check each product page for updates.
Q: I'm paying by Money Order who do I make it out to?
A: You can make your Money Order out to Ruth Blackwell or Luvy Bear Soaps and SCENTsations.
Q: I got my credit card statement and the billing company is Luvy Bear Soaps and Scentsations why is this?
A: All billing goes thru the Parent Company Luvy Bear Soaps and Scentsations.
Q: Do you take returns?
A: I do not take returns as these products are all Custom Made to Order from your supplied clothing. I will however make repairs if the item comes apart under NORMAL use or fix something (if possible) that you feel is just not right. Please keep in mind that I do the best job possible with the items you supply me. I cannot make something hold up if the fabric you send me is falling apart. The end result is only as good as the materials used. I do stand behind my work but do not guarantee your fabrics. If you need to return something you will be responsible for the shipping and insurance to me. If the repair is from your negligence then there will be a charge for the repair and the shipping back to you.
