Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are available in several denominations for the purchase of: Memory Bears, Memory Pillows or Memory Quilts. Please Choose the correct certificate for the item you would like to purchase as a Gift Certificate.
Gift Certificate Number is the same as the Customer ID Number
Gift Certificates have no Cash Value and cannot be redeemed for cash back.
Please note that your Gift Certificate Number is the same as the Customer ID Number.. You will receive a copy of your order with the ID number and the order details in an email. To redeem their Gift the Recipient should NOT place an order online as you have already done this for them. It may be helpful for them to go and look at the photo gallery (or the Ordering Page of their product) to get an idea of what has been ordered for them. Once you have the certificate then the recipient (or you) send me the clothing along with the Ship to Name, Address, Phone number, email address (if they have one so I can send them an email when their gift is completed and shipping), the ID Number and any special instructions to me. I will match up their number with the original order. Gift Certificates are non-transferable and must be used within 1 year of date of purchase. Please allow 2 weeks if you choose to receive a Printed Gift Certificate by regular mail as I have no control over the Post Office. If you do not receive an email within an hour of placing your order first check your spam box and if not there then please contact me (740) 852-3090 and I will re-send it.

Note if the recipient would like to add other options that are not covered by the Gift Certificate they may do so by calling (740) 852-3090 and paying the difference by Credit or they may send a Money Order (NO PERSONAL CHECKS PLEASE) for the difference with their clothing.
